Refund Policy
RETURNS
Our return policy complies with European consumer protection laws, including the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without providing a reason. Beyond this statutory period, we extend our return policy to 30 days for your convenience. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
Exceptions
Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature, including but not limited to:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
- Newspapers, magazines, or other time-sensitive publications.
- Intimate or sanitary goods.
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases.
- Downloadable software or digital products.
- Gift cards.
- Health and personal care products once opened.
Required Documentation
To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Books, CDs, DVDs, video games, or similar items that have been opened or show signs of use.
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Returns made more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after confirmation:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
- Reach out to your bank for further clarification.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at sales.support@compra24seven.com and send your item to the following address:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of the returned item. Once the return is processed, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or the return is due to an error on our part. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
For high-value returns (over $75), consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost returns.
Holiday Season Policy
Shipping Timelines: Due to increased demand during the holiday season, orders placed after November 30, 2024 may not arrive before Christmas. Please order early to avoid delays.
No Holiday Deadline Refunds: Refunds or returns will not be accepted solely for late deliveries during the holiday season.
